Maxx-a-million

My, my…where did January go? Start off February, the month of love, with a new canine companion in your life. Check out your adoptable dog of the week: Maxx.

Max here is 9 year old neutered male. He’s been waiting for his forever home since the end of December. His ideal home would be a gentle household preferably with experience with Cocker Spaniels or someone who knows the breed.

Maxx does not have a history of living with children but would be okay with kids over the age of 10 as long as they are respectful and super gentle.  He does like other dogs but can be a little reactive and excited on a leash. A gentle older dog would be best as long as a proper introduction is successful.

Maxx has never lived with cats but he would most likely be ok with a bit of careful management.
Even though Maxx is a senior gentleman, he will certainly still need plenty of walks around the neighborhood. He of course has a favorite toy he really enjoys playing with outside, too.

Like all Cocker Spaniels, Maxx will need plenty of daily care for his ears and any typical medical help as per the breed. Overall, Maxx is a very loveable boy ready for a nice gentle home to relax and live out the rest of his days.
